Hello. I’m Sarah Bond, Director of WITH.

I am an organisational development consultant, facilitator and coach, and I work with leaders, teams and organisations in support of change and transformation.

My work is characterised by participation, co-creation and a focus on the relational aspects of change. That is, I support clients to change, and to find solutions to the challenges of change, through leveraging the power of working with. 

Challenges like how to redefine the values and culture of your organisation, and what it stands for, and how to turn the values into reality, working across multiple stakeholder groups. Or how to support a leadership team to work more effectively together, particularly where trust and alignment are missing. Or how to navigate transformation and transition in your own work and life.

WORKING WITH

All meaningful transformation of organisations, individuals and teams happens through people working in relationship with others. I work in partnership with you, and I support you to work in partnership with the people in your organisation, with your teams, or with your peer group. Together we create solutions that you truly own.

DIFFERENCE

We all see and experience and interpret the world in different ways. I believe that the best and most innovative solutions are generated when difference is invited in. When I work with you, I encourage diverse experiences and perspectives, generating solutions that are robust, creative and inclusive.

EMERGENCE

Our worlds are complex, unpredictable and uncontrollable, with challenges – and solutions – emerging in unexpected ways. When we work together, I will support you to embrace whatever emerges in the moment – the opportunities, the dynamics, the tensions – to co-create solutions that have real impact.

ORGANISATIONS

I work in partnership with organisational clients to help find and implement sustainable solutions to culture-related challenges. Shifting organisational culture is not easy, but it’s work I love doing. I don’t come with off-the-shelf solutions; instead I bring my experience (alongside that of other organisational development consultants, coaches and facilitators where necessary), and our collective belief in the power of collaboration and co-creation, to help you identify and achieve the changes that are really needed.

Most of us spend our working lives in groups and teams. I am passionate about supporting groups and teams to learn and work together better, and to achieve their potential both in terms of performance, and as environments to work in. I help leaders and managers to understand and address the things that may be hindering the performance of groups and teams, and to create the conditions that will help them thrive.

LEADERS AND MANAGERS

I support leaders and managers to understand themselves and their contexts better, and find solutions to the issues that matter most. I do this through one-to-one and group/team coaching. I am also passionate about action learning (peer-to-peer), where leaders come together to learn and share with each other. I host action learning groups for organisational clients because it’s my belief – and my experience – that often the best place to find solutions to individual challenges is in the company of others.
